Do not use in children under 12 years of age or with any other product containing diphenhydramine. Ask a doctor before use if you have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement. Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than two weeks, as this may indicate a more serious condition. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use. Active Ingredient: Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg (nighttime sleep-aid). Inactive Ingredients: alcohol, citric acid, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, flavor, glycerin, polysorbate 20, saccharin sodium, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sorbitol, sucralose, water, xanthan gum. Each 30 mL dose contains sodium 23 mg.
Directions
Take only one dose (30 mL) per 24 hours. Use only the dose cup provided. Adults and children 12 years and older: take 30 mL at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: do not use.
