Apply the gel pack to the desired area, such as the perineum, lower back, or swollen ankles, for up to 15-20 minutes at a time. For hot therapy, submerge the gel pack in hot water for 5-10 minutes before use. Avoid direct contact with skin and do not freeze or microwave the gel pack. Repeat as needed for pain relief and healing.
