Directions
Chill the gel packs for cooling relief or warm briefly for soothing comfort. Place the gel pack in the soft, breathable cotton cover and secure it to your underwear using the wrap-around wings. Use for as long as needed, up to 15-20 minutes at a time. For best results, use the gel packs 3-4 times a day. After use, clean the cotton cover in warm, soapy water and allow it to air dry. Store the gel packs in a cool, dry place when not in use.
