Intended only for consumption by dogs. Product contains live (viable) naturally occurring microorganisms which stimulate digestive activity, especially upon initial use. Not intended for dogs who are pregnant or may be nursing. To help your dog acclimate to the addition of probiotics in their diet, it is advised that the dosage is divided throughout the day for the first week of use. When first introducing this product to your pet, administer during or after regular feeding to reduce the chance of gastrointestinal upset. While probiotics exist naturally in the body, introducing a probiotic supplement to your dog's diet can cause stomach upset, bloating, flatulence and diarrhea during initial use. Discontinue use of the product if these symptoms persist. If your dog is on a high fiber diet, consult your veterinarian before beginning use of this product. Dosage can be halved during the introductory period to reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal upset.For dogs with existing health conditions, food sensitivities or known food allergies, we recommend consulting your veterinarian prior to using this product or increasing the suggested dosage.
