Directions
Adults, children 12 years and older: take one (1) to two (2) capsules a day on an empty stomach. Children under 12: Open one (1) capsule and mix with food or beverage and consume within 30 minutes. Discard empty capsule. Infants: Open one (1) capsule and mix contents with formula or place on breast if breast feeding. Consume within 30 minutes. Discard empty capsule.
