Order Processing (Processing Time)

All orders will be 1–5 business days Processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.

Shipping time (transit time)

Shipping time may vary depending on your location.

Estimated delivery time is 4–20 business days.

The actual delivery time to your location will be displayed at checkout.
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, logistics providers, or peak season periods.

Delivery Range

We offer delivery services throughout Taiwan and to some international regions. The delivery areas and times will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can view the delivery status in real time.

Duties, taxes, and fees

All prices on nutricity.tw include applicable taxes and import duties (if applicable). In most cases, no additional charges are required upon delivery.

Damaged, lost, or missing parts packages

If your order is damaged, lost, or incomplete during shipping, we will assist with the resolution:

Damaged goods: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide clear photos of the products and packaging.
Package Lost: If logistics does not update for a long time or is not delivered within the expected time, please contact the customer service team.
Item missing parts: Please report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving them.
