1. Return Conditions
In the following cases, returns are accepted:
- Received damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- The product is unopened, unused, and remains in its original packaging.
- Submit a request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Do not accept returns:
- Opened or used health supplements
- No original packaging or proof of purchase.
- Sale items, non-refundable items with tags

Provided: Order number, reason, photos (if needed)
After audit, we will provide return instructions.
After the product inspection is completed, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless due to our error.
3. Damaged or incorrect merchandise
Please report with photos within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellation is only possible before shipment.
