As a K 2 vitamin supplement, each softgel provides 90 mcg of MK-7. As vitamin K2 is a fat soluble vitamin, Jarrow Formulas MK-7 softgel is made with healthy lipids medium-chain triglycerides and olive oil. This product is gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free, dairy-free, egg-free, fish/shellfish-free, peanut/tree nut-free, and sesame-free, fitting the needs of a health-conscious individual interested in fitness and overall wellbeing. Adults take 1 softgel per day, swallowed by mouth for daily supplementation; it may also be used with a calcium supplement.
